BLUP RUN DATE: 10th March 2010
In order to qualify for the 2010 Sire Summary, the sire must be registered with the Society, have had a calf born between 10th March 2008 and 10th March 2010 and have an accuracy value of at least 75 per cent for 400 day growth. In addition it must have had a Signet Beefbreeder recorded calf notified to Signet by 10th March 2010 . The total number of herds a bull has been used in is tabulated in the tables as is the total number of calves registered with the Society.

The bulls are listed in alphabetical order including Herd Prefix.


DAM SUMMARY

The Dam Summary lists 100 leading pedigree cows which have had at least three calves, one of which must be born between 10th March 2008 and 10th March 2010.

The ranking position in the breed for each animal appears beneath the owners name, with animals of equal merit receiving the same ranking score. The ranking positions follow in order sequentially, without any adjustment for more than one animal in any rank position.

The cows are listed in alphabetical name order including Herd Prefix.

The Promising Young Bulls are the 100 bulls, born since 2nd February 2008, which have not been notified to the Society as being dead or de-registered, with the highest Beef Value and an official Signet 300-day adjusted weight.
